Delete your account
You can delete your Royal Marble account and its data at any time.
In the app
Open the menu → My profile → Delete my account, then confirm with your password (or your Google / Apple sign-in).
On this page
Sign in with the same account you use in the app, then confirm.

This permanently deletes your account. It can't be undone.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email, phone number, nationality, company and role
- Your profile photo
- Your last known location and phone status
- Your sign-in account
Deletion is immediate.
What is kept
Work records your employer needs — attendance (check-in and check-out times and sites), pay and payroll, and sales visit logs — are kept by Royal Marble as employment records and are no longer linked to an active account. Crash reports are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Can't sign in?
Email royalmarble.uae@gmail.com from the address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days.
